Women Empowerment through Capacity building & skills development
CWF believes that empowering women through knowledge, skills, and leadership opportunities is essential for sustainable social transformation. The organization works to promote women’s rights, gender equality, and social inclusion by creating opportunities for women to actively participate in decision-making and community leadership.
Through various training programs, educational initiatives, and community learning activities, CWF enhances the knowledge and practical skills of women at the grassroots level. The organization provides financial literacy training, entrepreneurship development support, and capacity-building opportunities that help women improve their economic independence and confidence. CWF also promotes women-led income generation activities and small business initiatives to strengthen livelihoods and encourage self-reliance among women and marginalized families.
By fostering leadership and participation, CWF enables women to become active agents of change within their households, communities, and cooperative movements.
